For visitors who have never ordered from us before, please read on to learn more about what we do. The primary focus of our company is to provide fund raising opportunities to local schools through food co-ops. We do this by conducting monthly sales at each of our co-op locations. New order forms go home with each student every month so parents can select the items they would like to buy. Many parents appreciate the practicality of being able to buy items that they will use in every day meal preparation, while at the same time support the Parent Teacher Organizations at their school.
Each month, orders must be in by a specific deadline. We then compile the orders into one bulk order to deliver to the school. During the pick up time, the parents will come to the school to pick up and pay for their order. Many enjoy the convenience of being able to stock up without a trip to the supermarket or the club store.
At the end of the month, the school will receive a check for 6% of the total sales. This provides the PTO with a steady income every month, to supplement the other special fund raising events that they conduct.
We also have co-ops at several area businesses, giving them the option of raising funds for a particular activity or an employee discount at the time of purchase.
We have also begun a new program allowing anyone making a purchase directly from our warehouse, to apply the 6% to the co-op of their choice.
