Cooking instructions: Remove from poly bag. For all methods cook to an internal temp of 165F Microwave (for one portion), place on microwave safe tray and cover. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for 1 ½ - 2 minutes more. Oven, preheat to 425F, place portions in pan and cover tightly with foil.
